Apron on, brushes ready
  1. Step 1 · Arrive

    Aprons on, brushes out

Little artists settle in, tie up their aprons and meet the day's materials. A friendly warm-up gets hands moving before any paint is opened.

    • Warm-up doodles
    • Meet the materials
    • Pick a spot
  2. Step 2 · Mix

Mix a colour that is yours

Kids explore how colours behave: red and yellow become orange, blue makes it cool. Real pigments, tiny palettes and plenty of happy surprises.

    • Colour mixing
    • Tints and shades
    • Palette play
  3. Step 3 · Make

    Make something big and bold

The main project of the session. Teachers guide each step, then step back so every child's own style can show up on the page.

    • Guided project
    • Own ideas welcome
    • Small groups
  4. Step 4 · Share

Frame it, share it, cheer for it

Every piece gets shown, talked about and celebrated before it goes home. Confidence grows one proud moment at a time.

    • Show and tell
    • Kind feedback
    • Take it home
